– Lá húng chanh 10g, bạc hà 8g, kinh giới 10g, cối xay 12g, bạch chỉ 6g, kim ngân hoa 12g, cam thảo đất 12g. Nấu với 750ml nước, sắc còn 300ml, chia 2 lần uống trước bữa ăn.
– Rau má 12g, hương nhu 10, đậu ván (sao) 12g, bồ công anh 12g, kim ngân hoa 12g, kinh giới 10g, bạc hà 8g, lá dâu tằm 8g, cam thảo đất 10g, lức dây (cúc tần) 10g. Sắc uống như trên.
– Hoàng kỳ 16-30g, cam thảo bắc 4-6g. Đây đều là các thuốc có tác dụng tăng cường chức năng miễn dịch của cơ thể. Dùng hai vị này sắc cho bệnh nhân uống, kết hợp với uống Tamiflu theo phác đồ của Bộ Y tế. Khảo sát gần 100 trường hợp đều thấy bệnh nhân nâng cao được thể trạng, sức đề kháng tăng, hạ sốt nhanh, số ngày điều trị giảm, có chuyển biến sức khỏe tốt, không có trường hợp bệnh chuyển sang chiều hướng nặng.

– Nước tỏi – nghệ: Củ tỏi 30-50g, củ nghệ 10-20g, đường vừa đủ.
Tỏi bóc vỏ, củ nghệ gọt vỏ, rửa sạch. Hai thứ giã nhỏ, hòa với ít nước sôi, lọc lấy 50-100ml nước, thêm ít đường vào quậy đều, chia 2-3 lần cho uống vào lúc không no, không đói quá.
Có thể nấu gạo tẻ 50-100g thành cháo nhừ, cho nước tỏi – nghệ vào nấu sôi lại là được. Chia 2-3 lần cho ăn vào lúc đói bụng.
– Canh cải xoong – thịt lợn: Cải xoong (xà lách xoong) 100-150g, kinh giới 20-30g, gừng tươi 3 lát mỏng, thịt lợn nạc 50-100g. Gia vị nước mắm, muối, bột nêm.
Rau cải xoong nhặt kỹ rửa sạch, cắt ngắn. Rau kinh giới rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Gừng rửa sạch, giã nát. Thịt lợn nạc rửa sạch, xắt miếng mỏng, cho vào nước lạnh đun sôi, hớt bỏ bọt, nêm nếm gia vị vừa ăn. Cho rau vào đun sôi lại, bắc ra ngay. Múc ra bát, ăn nóng trong bữa cơm hoặc ăn không vào lúc đói bụng.
