1. Bánh mì Đình Ngang
Trong danh sách các hàng bánh mì ngon Hà Nội, nhất định phải kể đến hàng bánh mì Trâm ở Đình Ngang. Thực ra đồ ăn của quán không quá đặc biệt bao gồm pate, xúc xích mỡ, thịt xá xíu, chả trứng chiên, vài miếng dưa chuột nhưng nhờ được chan thêm chút nước xốt màu cam sóng sánh nên suất bánh mì ở đây trở nên ngon hơn hẳn với vị mặn, ngọt, thanh, béo cực hài hòa.
Ngoài bánh mì thập cẩm, ở đây còn có bánh mì sốt vang. Với nhiều người sành ăn, sốt vang ở quán tuy không xuất sắc hay tạo được điểm nhấn như bánh mì thập cẩm nhưng miếng thịt chất lượng, ăn ra tấm, ra miếng chứ không phải dạng bèo nhèo như ở nhiều quán thường thấy. Bánh mì Đình Ngang có giá trung bình khoảng 30 ngàn đồng/ phần đầy đủ, bánh mì sốt vang giá 40 ngàn đồng.
2. Bánh mì Đức Long, Lương Ngọc Quyến
Đây là một trong những địa chỉ bán bánh mì Doner Kebap có tiếng nhất nhì Hà Nội. Trước quán ở Hàng Bạc nhưng nay đã chuyển về Lương Ngọc Quyến với bàn ghế ngồi đoàng hoàng cho khách đến ăn tại chỗ. Điểm cộng của bánh mì Đức Long là chiếc bánh đậm đà, nhiều loại rau lượng thịt hào phóng đến độ nếu ăn yếu, bạn chỉ cần ăn nửa chiếc là đã no căng.
Ngoài bánh mì kebap, gần đây, hàng bánh mì này còn có thêm một số biến tấu như kebap đĩa, kebab khoai, cơm kebab. Mức giá cũng được xem là điểm cộng của quán khi khá bình dân, bánh kebab bình thường giá 30 ngàn, các loại cơm, kebab đĩa giá trong khoảng 40 đến 50 ngàn đồng.
3. Bánh mì pate Lãn Ông
Quán vốn nguyên gốc ở Lãn Ông nhưng nay đã chuyển sang phố Chả Cá. Bánh mì của quán không có nhiều loại nhân như nơi khác mà trung thành với pate. Đơn giản như vậy nhưng nhờ món pate được làm rất khéo, vừa béo vừa bùi, lại tuyệt đối không có mùi tanh nên chỉ cần thêm chút ruốc, hành phi, rau mùi, vậy là đã tạo nên một chiếc bánh mà ai ăn cũng phải gật gù khen ngon.
4. Bánh mì chả Lê Đại Hành
Đây vốn không phải tiệm bánh mì mà là một xe giò chả lâu năm nằm khiêm tốn ở góc phố Lê Đại Hành giao với ngõ Lê Đại Hành. Thế nhưng món bánh mì chả ở đây lại được rất nhiều người ưa thích, đến mức, cứ tầm sáng, trưa là quán luôn đông nghịt khách ghé mua ăn sáng, ăn trưa.
Dù có nhiều loại giò, chả để khách lựa chọn, nhưng loại chả được ưa chuộng nhất vẫn là chả mỡ với độ béo, bùi, giòn vừa phải.
