Nỗi ám ảnh của tôi khi điều trị mụn không đúng cách
Nghĩ lại những năm tháng trước đây, khi chân ướt chân ráo bước lên Hà Nội học đại học. Đó lẽ ra là độ tuổi đẹp nhất của thời con gái, vậy mà từ lúc lên Hà Nội mặt tôi bắt đầu thay đổi, từ một làn da trắng không có nổi một cái mụn nào thì lúc đó mụn mọc khắp mặt rồi cả lưng và ngực. Dù tôi có dùng bao nhiêu mỹ phẩm hay thuốc trị mụn cũng không thể khỏi được.Vì vậy, tôi luôn phải sống trong tự ti, mặc cảm bởi khuôn mặt đầy mụn của mình. Đến nỗi nhìn các bạn mặc những chiếc áo cổ tròn, cổ tim điệu đà đến phát thèm mà tôi không dám mặc.Thay vào đó , tôi chỉ mặc những chiếc áo sơ mi theo kiểu “ kín cổ, cao tường” để mọi người không biết là mình bị mụn ở lưng và ngực. Nhiều lúc, tôi tự hỏi sao ông trời lại bất công với mình thế?…
Tôi đã điều trị mụn ở khắp mọi nơi và đủ các phương pháp. Cứ ai giời thiệu chỗ nào hiệu quả là tôi lại tìm đến nhưng vẫn không thể hết được.Hoặc có đỡ đi chăng nữa, thì chỉ vài tháng sau mụn lại tái phát trở lại.Nhiều lúc đã nản chí và nghĩ rằng chắc vô phương cứu chữa rồi.
Cũng không biết trách ai, cũng là do mình điều trị mụn không đúng cách dẫn đến những hậu quả nghiêm trọng cho làn da. Da tôi lúc ấy cứ gọi là chi chít mụn, nào là mụn bọc, mụn cám, mụn đầu đen… kể cả các vết sẹo thâm, sẹo cứng đầu do mụn để lại khiến tôi cảm thấy vô cùng khổ sở. Chưa kể là sự đau nhức do mụn. Lúc ấy, tôi cũng chẳng dám yêu ai, hoặc ai có bày tỏ tôi cũng từ chối, vì cảm thấy mặc cảm trước khuôn mặt xấu xí của mình. Từ đó, tôi quyết tâm tìm hiểu một cách nghiêm túc cách trị mụn theo hướng tích cực với làn da thay vì chạy theo mỹ phẩm như trước.
Hành trình điều trị mụn của tôi
Theo như tôi tìm hiểu được, Những thay đổi của của các hoocmon trong cơ thể, sự biến chuyển của thời tiết cũng như việc ăn uống, nghỉ ngơi không khoa học, sử dụng mỹ phẩm và chăm sóc da chưa đúng cách khiến làn da của chúng ta thường bị ảnh hưởng và tổn thương về lâu dài do mụn. Nếu lúc trước tôi còn ở quê da dẻ vẫn hồng hào, thì từ khi lên Hà Nội lại bắt đầu lên mụn, vậy thế là thế nào? Tôi cảm thấy băn khoăn rất nhiều.
